I understand that the decision to seek help can sometimes be a difficult one, and my goal is to guide you toward health through individual, couples, family, or group psychotherapy. This may be complemented in certain cases by medication treatment. In contrast to the current trend toward quick, impersonal visits, I schedule fewer patients during the day in order to spend more time focusing on you as a person.
